We have used Excel Pool Service for seven years because of excellent support. I call with the most rookie questions regarding pool care and Excel always helps me. Running me through trouble shooting on the phone or looking at photos or videos of my question sent by email, and these are always followed up with a phone call.
The teams for openings, closings, or repairs are consistent; this company doesn’t have a revolving door of employees. The teams always call in the morning to give me a reasonable time envelope for when they will be out, usually only an hour, not like the cable company. I had the greatest experience with Excel Pool Service. They were closing my pool and my pool was full of leaves and acorns. I called them and they gave me service that cleared pool. They worked together to get my pool cleaned and worked together to close my pool. Kelly from Excel was so very helpful. I recommend their service highly.

My experience with them was great. I had a security cover installed, and the staff was very helpful and professional. The quality of the cover was really durable and it fit my pool perfectly. The installer service was great as well. I’m happy with the service I received. I recommend this company and will continue to use them with the opening and closing of my pool going forward. Great job.
