Customers appreciate that the crew really knows and understands what is going on, and their years of experience and expertise really show. They work well, clean, and are so efficient. The company has impressed customers with their professionalism and customer service, and the staff is incredibly attentive. Connect Plumbing folks came out on a short notice to fix a leaky faucet and replace an old toilet, with good communication and a fair price. They saved a Thanksgiving with fast, affordable, and quality service during a plumbing emergency. Customers totally recommend them and are super happy with their experience.

Cannot recommend highly enough! They saved my Thanksgiving with fast, affordable and quality service. I usually would never use any home service without a personal recommendation, but I had a plumbing emergency the night before Thanksgiving, flooded kitchen, 30 people coming for dinner the next day and needed help fast. I took a chance and it couldn’t have worked out better. Nick and Mike not only got me an estimate fast but had the work done in a few hours, which felt like a miracle considering the timing of it.
