The frames of my son's glasses broke while he was in school. We did not have a back up pair and needed the glasses fixed the same day. I called around the area to see who would be able to help us in a bind and was turned down at other places, despite being customers there. At the last minute I remembered there was an America's Best in Howell so I called them. Jennifer answered and was extremely helpful. She told us to go in to the store and when we did she worked her magic and was able to find a frame that would work for the lenses. We were never customers there. Not a good experience. The doctor was standard in and out for an up to date eye exam. Super nice and quick. The lady up front got loud with me and started calling over coworkers when i asked for my prescription which was the whole reason i was there. Contacts are cheaper from Walgreens so i buy them there and i didn’t really need new glasses today. Get over it. The doctor told her to give me my pd right in front of me and as soon as he walked away she acted like it never happened and starts yelling about state laws. Then some other guy comes over with a pd ruler and tells me my pd is 31 and to write it down. Suddenly she was friendly with me again. I came home and pulled... read full review

Great friendly service at the Howell store, phenomenal prices. This is my go to place from now on. My optometrist charged me an exorbitant price and your quality in frames is much better and very affordable.
