The Ice Man came out for an emergency furnace service after a basement flood. The HVAC tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the whole furnace apart, inspected it and verified it was safe to run with no damage to equipment. He even updated the thermostat software and helped configure it in the same visit.
