Route 22 Limousine

Terrible experience and customer service. The owner Oscar is unprofessional and downright offensive. Tried to change the rate of our trip 5 hours before and refused to compromise for THEIR mistake. Ended up cursing us out and cancelling our ride for not falling for his scam. PLEASE avoid this business, anywhere else will have better service.

Do not.... I repeat... Do not patronize Route 22 Limousine. Our family had a reservation for 11 people and the company cancelled on us late night on the day prior via email with no explanation. Simply “your reservation has been cancelled”. When we tried calling we got no response., we emailed... no response. Totally unprofessional and left us in a bind. Thankfully I’m usually good with emails... otherwise we would’ve been waiting for our transportation next morning not realizing of the cancellation. Shame on you for such bad customer service!

Horrible, horrible!!!! I’m not even going to give these people one star. Ford of all they came late the day of our wedding. My braids party and I were late as well, but I called them four hours before their schedule time to arrive to let them know. When we were on our way to the ceremony after we took pictures, the driver refused to drive unless we paid them. The worst part is that they didn’t even give us the party bus that we choose they gave us an ugly party bus. When I called them to tell them that the lady on the other line said they knew they didn’t give me the right bus they gave me a better one. Huh? Smh. We were an hour late because they wanted their late fee money and the driver was driving slow on purpose. Do not do NOT do business with them. So unprofessional!!!!
