If I could give a -0 I would. Customer service is horrible and disrespectful. Representative I spoke with was rude. Because I refuse to do my daughter's nail because I thought it to be too costly, the lady refuse to do our eyebrows claiming there is nobody there to do it. Would never in a million years recommend.
The customer service is below average. The service was below average. I didn’t even let them finish my nails as l was disgusted. There was an intense sewage smell that irritated me. I was highly disappointed and recommend code enforcement make an unannounced visit.
I wish I can give this place zero stars!!!! Very Rude!!!!! All the workers had attitudes !!!!! Horrible, horrible horrible horrible horrible !!!!!
They charged me $71 for a REFILL +3 dollar “Apple Pay charge!!!” For very short nails!!! I’m still in Shock!! This is insane!!!
