“I contacted Wayne's Tree Service via their website for a quote, Bonnie got back to me within 30-minutes. Bonnie was not sure if they did work in my area, but I saw on their website they did so she scheduled an appointment for me. Unfortunately, whoever set up their website incorrectly indicated too many areas they work in and Bonnie called me back roughly 5-10-minutes after the appointment schedule to say she was sorry, but they do not work in my area. While I am very disappointed, I understood and thanked her for her diligence.
I have contacted many alleged tree services to prune and shape my two trees and they either do not get back or ghost me after providing a quote. This was not my experience with Wayne's Tree Service, they at least were honest and communicative, which I appreciate. So without ever having used this company I would highly recommend them for their upfront honesty.“

“We had a huge branch come down during some strong winds. Promise Tree service and Duane were great to work with. They provided a quote, which was the best of 3 quotes that we got, and did the work quickly. They cleaned up all of the debris and took some extra branches we had from another project. The office was as amazing as Duane and I felt very comfortable working with them. They also helped us quickly because the branch was blocking our exit to the back yard. 5 stars. “We had an excellent experience with Samy’s Tree Service. We needed to remove three huge sweet gum trees from our backyard, one of which was especially tricky since it was close to our neighbor’s house. My only condition was that nothing should fall into the neighbor’s yard.

Their quote was significantly more affordable than the other five estimates I received. The crew arrived almost on time and worked together like a well-choreographed team. The lead operator, Eduardo (I believe that’s his name), is truly a master with the equipment—professional, precise, and clearly experienced.

After two days of hard work, all three trees were safely removed and stumped with zero complaints from the neighbor and no damage to our fence. They did a wonderful job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Samy’s Tree Service!“
