Marvin and team did a great job at a fair price. He asked the right questions to understand the drainage project, suggested ways to make it look the best, and took care of all the details. They got the job done quickly, and even with all the heavy rain storms these past few weeks the side yard has been completely dry. Thanks Marvin!

Total Maintenance Pro is an excellent landscaping company. Marvin, whom I worked with, was knowledgable. he mad many excellent suggestions for improving my new house's landscaping. He warned me away from likely problems (like Lombardy Poplars), and guided me toward long lasting and beautiful plantings. On-site, they did a great job. Very through, skilled workers. Jose, the on-site foreman, communicated very well with me. We got what we wanted and will use Total Maintenance Pro again and again.

Marvin and his crew always come through with top notch, professional service everytime! So happy with my new backyard oasis, and when unexpected problems arise, they respond immediately and do their best to address the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your next project!

Hi, I’m Marvin Barrantes, founder and owner of Total Maintenance Pro. I earned a scholarship to technical school after high school in Costa Rica. I have always been driven by strong values, principles, and belief in people. I knew from an early age that I wanted to do something significant in life, but opportunities were limited in my country so I followed my two brothers to the U.S. at the age of 20. I worked many jobs at a time and knew I loved being outdoors. It was not long before some of my outdoor jobs led me to follow my heart and start up my own company over nine years ago.
