I'm raising my review to max. Brought my bass in for a setup. Justin did a phenomenal job getting it to sound perfect. Also, the sales staff are just so nice and helpful. I've purchased a lot from GC but tend to buy nationally cause I like used stuff. I go there first to see if they have what I'm looking for but usually the don't have. For example, I'm in the market for a used positive grid cab. They don't have at the moment so I might buy from another location. But I do always check there first.

Very laid back sales team. This can be both good and bad. But if you want to discuss or ask questions, they are very helpful. Their tech, Justin, is a great guy and is excellent at setting up or fixing guitars. He got my 45 year old ovation pickups working again in 5 minutes. I've also taken lessons there too and again, very friendly instructors. Overall, this is a 4-5 star music store.“
