I'm giving two stars for a few reasons, first my pedicure and gel manicure were fine. That wasn't the problem. The problem was it was completely unorganized. I was moved around from table to table, had two different women complete two different parts of my nails... one women did the base coat, then another filed, then another and so on.... Another thing is when I sat down to get my manicure after my pedi, she started buffing my nails on a completely dirty surface from the previous client... (the women apologized and cleaned it up halfway through)... Also one of the curing lights was broken so I had to move to another table again.... They close at 6 on Saturday's and at around 5 this sweet girl came in (no older than 17) to get her gel extensions removed, the women yelled at her saying that they can't do this and made the poor girl completely uncomfortable, myself included... then the women rips out a business card and started swiping her nails off while the girl is obviously in pain. I literally had to go out of my way and ask if she was okay. As an older sister this was painful for me to watch. Before I left I asked if she was okay being alone in there..,. idk , if all of that didn't happen I wouldve given more stars but for a gel mani and regular pedi I'm spending 87$? Kinda loco when the customer service was not great.

I asked for acrylic french & got charged $95 for this. the shape is all uneven, it’s not evenly buffed and the color is patchy. sorry i won’t be going back. they over charge and do what they wantServices: Acrylic nails
