Tony and his team responded immediately and even came out earlier than originally scheduled. He took time to explain the unit and potential problems, luckily it was a simple fix but overall a great experience and i highly recommend them!

Tony was extremely responsive, helpful and fair. My AC broke down and he picked up the phone while I was waiting for a big service to arrive (they told me they would be at my home by noon, and I didn’t get from anyone until 2:30). He identified the issue quickly and found a solution. I highly recommend him.

2/14/25: We have a ComfortMaker furnace (installed 2013). In late December 2024 the furnace started squealing. The squeal got louder and louder. Fontaine had done great inspection and minor maintenance for us on the furnace in 2023. I called Tony in early January, 2025. Mike came out and diagnosed a dying Inducer Motor. Tony and Mike spent six weeks finding a new Inducer for our Furnace. ComfortMaker (Carrier) did not have a replacement part stating the furnace was out of support and obsolete.
