Customers were delighted with their first flooring installation and decided to do the rest of their house, pleased with both projects. The work was done quickly and meticulously, and everyone was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. One customer absolutely loves this company, noting the top-notch sales, office staff, and installers, saying flooring has never been so easy. Another customer had water damage to about 50 square feet of hardwood flooring, and while other contractors recommended replacing the entire 900-square-foot floor, this company was the only one willing to replace just the damaged section. The finished result exceeded expectations, with the repaired section blending seamlessly and saving thousands of dollars. The team was professional, courteous, responsive, and honest, explaining options and guiding customers through every step. Customers highly recommend them for skilled, trustworthy flooring professionals, noting the work was done professionally and quickly, with carpet chosen exactly as wanted.
