The customer service staff that answer the phones are untrained and rude. We are on an annual service plan and when we called for hornets in the house they told us to buy a can of wasp spray. What?!?! I've been a customer for 16 years! What am I paying you for?On another occasion I called to find out when my appointment was and they told me I did not have an appointment and was not one of their customers.If and when you get a technician they are great which the only reason why I am giving them 2 stars. If I had to basis my opinion on the staff answering calls it would be 0 stars.Ehrlich please hire and train your phone staff.

I had an emergency Yellow jacket nest w/ tons of active bees flying around in my driveway. I spoke to Jeff on the phone, he assured me someone would come out and they did. Thank you to Bill Taylor for fitting me in and helping to rectify the situation.I appreciate your coming here last minute on a holiday weekend.Thank you for caring!
