Saw your truck on Rt 78 yesterday ..totally caught my eye..the most beautiful truck I have ever seen …sped up to see the name on the side..then Googled to find out what the truck does…just decided to compliment while I’m here
My truck broke down on a back country road at about 5:00 am. after trying to figure out what was wrong I called Daves Heavy towing. I had used them a year ago with no problems. it was 5:55 and the dispatcher told me it would be about an hour. two hours later I called back and a new dispatcher told me that no one was dispatched to the original call. The new dispatcher was very sympathetic and told me she would get someone out there with 30-35 minutes. An hour later the tow truck arrived. But I have to say the Driver was very courteous and helpful. I'm just very disappointed in the way it was handled by the original dispatcher. Sitting for over three hours was definitely not right. I don't think I will use this company again.
