Jyoti and Hetal are great, and Harry did a good job as well. However, I'm disappointed to see the previous employee has returned! I had stopped coming because of my experiences with her, and only started visiting again after hearing Harry had joined.
Unfortunately, my experience with her is not good. During threading, she often misses hairs on my face and is quite rough, making the service uncomfortable. I just didn't feel like she did as good a job as the other staff members.
