I have been using this practice for a few years and I have always had a great experience. The office staff is attentive to my concerns or questions when I call or message them. They are always kind and easy to talk to. The doctors are always helpful and they actually listen. I also appreciate the fact that I am never just sitting in the waiting room for an endless amount of time. I am addressed when I walk in and I am quickly brought back to the room to see the doctor. Great PCP!

Polina is awesome! such a smart, loving and caring physician very professional makes you feel comfortable. office staff is helpful, they don’t always have same day appt but they will point you in the right direction if you need care, staff tries their best to provide the best customer service possible.

I have been a patient with Highland Park Family Practice for several years. Dr. Miller was my physician for years. He was professional and always made time to sit down and discuss all medical issues. After he retired I began seeing P.A. Polina Osmanoff. P.A. Osmanoff is outstanding and always spends time talking to me after a routine physical or a medical issue. Yesterday I met with Dr. Razia Awan regarding a medical issue. She was outstanding. Dr. Awan spent 45 minutes with me discussing my current medical condition and how to move forward with treatment.
