This a beautiful privately run salon in Highland Park. Carmen, the owner, is a fantastic person who bends over backwards to make sure all his clients are comfortable and happy. I go to him for my haircut and highlights and they turn out stunning! I would recommend this salon and Carmen to anyone in the area looking for great color services and cuts.Services: Haircut
