“I usually try to go for a massage every month or two for a few years now. This is my first time coming here. I truly couldn’t believe just how much better a massage could. Nina gave the best massage I have ever experienced. I was genuinely falling asleep by how stress relieving it was. Without a doubt I will continue to return here.”
“VERY lovely experience at 1111 Therapy for a Mother’s Day facial with my mom. The space is welcoming — bright, calming, all white with gorgeous floral arrangements — and everyone there was incredibly kind and thoughtful.
We both had the signature facial, and it was one of the best facials we’ve ever had. The approach was gentle and relaxing (no harsh extractions or aggressive treatments), but somehow even more effective (and we felt lifting too!). They used Biologique Recherche products and incorporated a facial massage and lymphatic drainage techniques that left us and our skin feeling refreshed for days afterward. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!”
“I really enjoy coming to Fit and Feet in Matawan.
I especially want to mention Julia!
She is so kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience.
Julia is super strong and uses different massage techniques. She checks in and will adjusts the pressure depending on what you need that day. Plus she has super soft hands!
( I stress to those who are unhappy, to give it another go and to speak up right away. Just like in any business they aim to accommodate and will be happy to change up combos, sitting and laying down postures. They won’t know unless you say something)
Everything in the location is clean.
( bathrooms, beds and chairs) and the decor makes you feel like you’re on vacation.
Their scheduling is super easy- for people who plan ahead they reach out the day before.
For individuals who plan last min and call, they may not answer the phone because of their quiet policy- BUT someone will follow up with you by text within moments.
I love this because you know you can still get a massage and you know it will be nice and peaceful for when you’re the one getting serviced.
I’m so glad I found this place and would definitely recommend it!
Thank you Julia and the entire staff!”
