We have been with essential Elements Dance Studio for 7yrs , my daughter was 3 when she started and is now 10. It is my daughters home away from home in every sense of the word, and the owner has truly created a family environment for the dancers there. My daughter has thrived in so many ways thanks to being a dancer at this studio. She has made the best friends, has gained so much self confidence ,learnt amazing self discipline as well as time management. She truly loves her time spent at the studio. Couldn’t love this studio more! Both of my daughters dance here, and I appreciate that every instructor pushes them to improve technically AND cares about them as individuals. I didn’t grow up in the dance world, and I always heard horror stories of how competitive & catty it can be. Our experience at Essential Elements has not reflected that at all — there is so much emphasis here on character, building each other up, cheering each other on. I’m constantly blown away by how much my girls have grown as dancers here, but just as appreciative of how their dance education has helped them mature as humans outside the studio.

Growing up dancing was a huge part of my life and my dance teacher (Miss Grace for those from this area) was not just an amazing dancer and teacher but a true mentor to me. After I had my daughter I’d run into Miss Grace from time to time and she would always say that if I was going to have her dance please go to Essential Elements with Miss Samantha. My nieces were actually going there then so I knew I’d definitely give them a try. She told me there were many places that focused on the extras more than actual dancing and that I would not feel that way there. What a blessing! The dancing, the teachers, the atmosphere and the family feel are all that I hoped for... read full review
