SLK HANDYMAN COMPLETELY REBUILT A BATHROOM FOR ME.
IT HAD BEEN SEVERELY DAMAGED BY A WATER LEAK.
NEEDED COMPLETE REBUILDING FROM THE SUBFLOORING UP.
SEBASTIAN DID A GREAT JOB, FITTING ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE, ACTUALLY COMPLETED THE WORK SOONER THAN EXPECTED, COMPLETING THE JOB PROMPTLY AND THE FINISHED JOB LOOKS GREAT.
THE COST WAS REASONABLE AND DIDN'T EXCEED THE ESTIMATE, EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS CONCEALED DAMAGE THAT HE REPAIRED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
I WOULD RECOMMEND SLK HANDYMAN & REMODELING FOR ANY JOB, BIG OR SMALL.
Sebastian and the whole SLK team was amazing. They prepped everything to keep the areas clean and they were thorough in making sure the work was done properly. My bathroom had a lot of very old pipes and the tub was old as well. Sebastian made sure we replaced only what was necessary of the old piping.
Besides the estimate being one of the more reasonable, the budget proposal was more in line with today's prices. SLK's crew was professional and friendly. They only stopped for lunch, no coffee breaks or breathers. The two week time estimate was on the money! I appreciated their attention to detail. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I could not be more satisfied with their work as well as their work ethic.
