This was my First time being there. It was an amazing experience. Alex was nice and very knowledgeable. I went there to repair some old sunglasses but he was very honest and told me they were fake. And show me how to tell the difference between a real one and a fake one. On top of that the fake ones did not have uv protection. He showed me by looking at a polarized image with my fake sunglasses and the one he had. And I show the difference very clearly. He also had some Ray ban I been wanting for 2 years. I had a great experience with Alex at lenswear. I brought in my prescription for glasses and Alex helped explain the prescription to me. He explained that the prescription was for a specific type of lens and explained what made the lens different than previous pairs of glasses I have had in the past. I tried on a bunch of different pairs and picked a pair I liked very much. It wasn't a long turnaround, a little over a week. The first lenses they sent him were not up to his satisfaction so he had them send a new lens. Not only did he make great recommendations for the perfect pair of glasses, but when I damaged my frame recently, he kindly repaired it free of charge and now my glasses are as good as new!
