I started coming here over 30 yrs & my late elderly, handicapped mother went with me weekly for abt 20 yrs. They were esp kind & caring to my mother & she couldn't wait to go. It made her so happy. Francesca is a sweetheart. Now I am disabled & she treats me as she did my mother. The place is always decorated beautifully. Nails are done to perfection. Most importantly, its IMMACULATELY clean. I remember an inspector coming with a trainee the inspector told the trainee that she always takes trainees to the best first & Francesca's is best! Equipment sanitized immediately after use. Everything is clean.

I walked into to Francesca's Nail Emporium without an appointment and asked if I could get a manicure. Without hesitation Francesca said yes! There was a cancellation so I was in luck. What followed was one of the nicest experiences I have ever had. Francesca was amazing. We found the perfect color, had a paraffin dip, and ended with one of the nicest manicures I have ever had. There also is a spa upstairs. This was a relaxing experience in a clean, organized facility. I have found a new nail salon AND made a new friend!!

I am not sure why there aren't more reviews about how great this place is! I am very new to the area & I pass Francesca's everyday and always said I'll stop in but never have until now. So glad I did. A cute little shop but huge offers. Francesca's does it all! Facials, massages and nails, you don't find these all in one gems around too much. I can only talk about her facials & it was outstanding! You get more than just a facial, you get a mini foot rub, neck shoulder massage. I cannot wait for my next one!
