Unfortunately, I’ve had to deal with head lice multiple times over the past month. I’ve done the full at-home treatment—washing everything in the house, following all the steps—and still, it just hasn’t been enough. That’s when I turned to Head to Head, and I’ve now been there twice in the past month. They’ve treated me like family, and I truly can’t thank them enough. If you’ve never experienced this, consider yourself incredibly fortunate. It’s an overwhelming and exhausting situation. There’s a stigma that makes you feel judged or embarrassed, but I want to say loud and clear: lice are extremely common, and it can happen to anyone—no matter how clean or careful you are. I’m not too proud to share that my family has been through this multiple times since my kids were in grade school, and every time, Head to Head has been there to help, guaranteeing complete removal and peace of mind. If I could offer one piece of advice: don’t be too proud or afraid to tell the people your kids have been in contact with. It’s the only real way to stop the cycle of reinfestation. Every child should get checked, and I highly recommend using Head to Head. They guarantee their service for 30 days, are incredibly accommodating, and Marta—she’s truly wonderful.
This place is absolutely fantastic. Today, I was feverishly looking for someone who can do same day alterations to a new suit that i needed for tomorrow. First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there.It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!" I had never met them before. Just cold called them off of Google. They are now my go-to cleaners. Give them a try if you are local. Class act. Genuine caring people.
