Awesome people here at this farm. They have a clean, well run facility and understand horses. They are Saddlebred Rescue and dedicate time and finances to rehab and rehome Saddlebreds bound for slaughter to give them a second shot at finding a forever home.
I called today ( Sunday evening) received a call back immediately from Chris ( technician) Chris arrived in less than 20 minutes from the time I spoke with him. I called JK services and spoke to a very friendly receptionist. She took my information and told me a technician would call me back shortly and guess what??? Travis ( technician) called me back in less than 10 minutes. Travis arrived at my home less than 30 minutes after our phone conversation and fixed the problem within minutes! Travis was very friendly, nice and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you again for amazing customer service experience! I will always go to JK services simply because they have an amazing team of technicians, they are reasonably priced and you can’t beat their customer service!!!?
