Had the pleasure of working with Ted on an estimate. I have recently been looking to purchase a home and needed to speak with a knowledgeable person on repairs that would be needed for a property. Ted was kind, patient, and generous with his knowledge over the course of our interactions. No doubt if I needed to get the job done I would not hesitate to go with these guys due to the transparency given alone.

Ted and his team are simply the best. Their attention to detail, quick response time, and content knowledge are second to none. My wife and I built a custom modular home and Ted designed the site plan, grading plan, septic system, and dry well system. This being our first time building a home, they walked us through each and every step of the process and were always just a quick phone call away if I had any questions. In the 2 years it took to design and build the house, Ted was always patient and explained the details of each portion of the project to me.
