“I love this place! I started kickboxing classes at Ultimate Martial Arts and Kickboxing 2 weeks ago and can already feel myself getting stronger. I appreciate how each class is a full body workout that changes every day so it doesn't become monotonous. I also really like the daily health tips that are offered at the end of each class. Scott, Damon, and G are excellent coaches. They make their rounds during class, ensuring everyone is using proper body mechanics and understanding the techniques.
