I usually have a good experience, I'm not a regular customer but when I do get my nails done, this is where I go. Today I went in for a gel polish change, it was confirmed multiple times that is was just a polish change. After changing hands between 3 different techs it must have gotten lost somewhere along the line because they did a full manicure and kept me in there for 1.5 hr, I was taken right back first thing after opening. So I was charged for a full manicure as opposed to a polish change. Secondly I told 2 different techs that were going back and forth between me I wanted to keep my length, only to shape up a little bit. The one tech understood and put the clippers...read full review
Over 10 years of going here, I’ve only had one bad experience, which was handled. I absolutely love this salon and after going to a different nail salon last week, I will drive an hour out of my way to come here for all my nail salon/ waxing needs. I moved, however I will be driving to come to this salon! Did I say I Love this salon!? lol Thank you!
I have been going here for years. Even when it was no longer convenient to where I live/ work, I ended up coming back because I couldn't find another place that I liked closer to home. Trudy has done my nails for years and is terrific! Highly recommend!
