This paving co. Paved 3 lanes on rte 73 in cedar brook, nj. Several weeks ago. The started before 8 am. The paving guys were loud and cursing! They came back today to finish the 4th lane..all over again..blocked People in. ,loud etc..I hope they are done..my house stinks like tar! This is a State road. I hope the State reads this!
