The store is organized and well kept and a lot of brands are carried! But the employees here never approach me or talk to me while I’m shopping. There are never enough cashiers and the line grows very quickly. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but I heard someone ask for backup on the radio this trip and nobody came.

Joana and Jennifer thank you so much from the bottom pf my heart for listening to me and making the effort to getting me extensions! I have been to salons from Colombia, NY, NJ, SC, WA and Ulta beauty was the only salon that said to me SURE! WE CAN TRY TO ADD EXTENSIONS ON YOUR HAIR AND SEE HOW IT LOOKS! WE CAN DEFINITELY TRT! .and that was all I wanted! Someone to tell me yes! We can try to do extensions! No other salon wanted to even try even if I told them I don't care how I looked after I just wanted my hair to be long again! They were they only salon who actually cared about my feelings and what I wanted ! So thank you so so much ladies!
