Great service, amazing selection for glasses. The only thing is that the hours aren't reliable. It says that they are open until 7pm but that is not always the case. If they update their hours this place would be a 5/5 for me.
Very overall PROFESSIONAL service ... from start to finish: the comprehensive eye exam through the selection of frames. For the past 10 years, I have been managing a neurological medical condition that effects my vision and optic nerve; and a change in my insurance coverage, resulted in the need to change eye care professionals, as well ... which was NOT easy. But, my first visit at Specs Plex (the North Brunswick location) actually EXCEEDED my expectations ... They were all AMAZING, and so overwhelmingly caring and attentive. This is definitely a GOLD-start facility. ?
They have a large selection of designer glasses at a great price. My experience at Specs Plex was wonderful — from the friendly staff at check-in to the exam and then finally the purchase of my new glasses. I highly recommend Specx Plex!
