Two years ago we bought a hot spa from Spartan pools, a few weeks ago the motor stopped working, I called Billy and explained the situation to him, he came out the next day and told me not to worry about anything we were still under warranty and he will take care everything, well in a week I had a new motor installed and the spa is working perfectly, while working on installing the motor he noticed that the cover wasn’t closing properly, he told me that I needed a replacement and that he would take care of it
