Eric and his team did a great job for us on a recent HVAC replacement. We got great advice throughout the project as it wasn't a cut and dry type of job. The installation team was clean, courteous, and efficient. It is clear that they know there stuff and communication was great; before, during and after the project. We have since used them for some other properties as well and they continue to deliver. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Precision Air to do them justice. I have been using Precision Air for almost 2 years now to service my HVAC Systems in my home and my rental properties. This week, the furnace in my rental stopped working, the blower motor had stopped working. It had been replaced by Precision Air less than 2 years ago because my previous tenants rarely if ever changed the the air filter . I totally expected to have to pay again for a new blower motor. I was speechless when Tom covered it under warranty!
