Did just about everything wrong when it came to sanitation: no liners in the foot tubs, used files and utensils. The nail tech was going home early, I wanted a manicure too but she was ready to go home.i told her my toes were hurting and she did not get the dead skin from under nails, just kept in e her routine. I won't be back

First off to save people time, they are located on the 2nd floor of the hamilton mall, do not leave the mall thinking its outside.The ladies did an excellent job my girlfriend was extremely satisfied with the way her nails turned out and they actually talked with you as a customer. Rather than talking just with each other.They are extremely professional and we will definately go back when we are up there.
