Had a great experience today while getting my mammogram. The tech, Linda made me feel immediately at ease. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Linda explained everything while doing the procedure. We discussed everything from breast cancer, our future life goals, flower arranging to family. In addition, the front desk was prompt and efficient. I will not go anywhere else for my mammogram, x-rays. Great job Mercer Diagnostic!
I had an outstanding experience at Mercer Diagnostic Imaging, thanks to Lynette. We walked in at 3pm on a Friday with a broken foot and were worried we wouldn’t be able to get imaging in time for our appointment the next day. Lynette went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that we left with the images we needed.
Her professionalism, urgency, and genuine care really stood out during a stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone so committed to helping patients. Highly recommend Mercer Imaging — and definitely ask for Lynette if you can!
Team was so very professional and helpful. The technician Linda was amazing! She was very thorough and very gentle during my Mamogram Even the ultra sound tech was great and accommodating. Definitely will visit again!
