“My cat was terrified of the crate and I was very emotional seeing him so scared. I went in there a mess because of it and the staff and vet were very kind and gentle with our boy, and me! The vet came out to the car to look at him first when I told him I was scared to bring him in, and they gave us a delectables treat to give him when we left. I’d definitely recommend especially if you’re nervous about your cats first time at the vet.“

“Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to make an appointment. The tech was just wonderful. She brought us into the room and took all our info. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. They were recommended to us and I'm going to recommend them to you. Very pleasant experience and wonderful, caring people.“

“I’m new to the area and hadn’t had a chance to research veterinarians yet, since I wasn’t expecting to need one right away. But when I needed an appointment quickly, Old York was able to see me right away, and I’m so grateful. I met with Dr. Costantino, and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to talk with me in a way that felt comfortable and down to earth, and it was clear how much she cared about my pet. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in the care we received.

I’ll admit, when I first looked up reviews while trying to find a vet on short notice, I almost passed this clinic by because some of the recent reviews were mixed. It seemed like a previous doctor had left, and a few unhappy patients may have left negative feedback as a result. Since I was in a bind, I decided to give it a chance anyway and I’m so glad I did because my experience was completely positive. The staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and the care was excellent. After this visit, I know we’ve found a new home for our pets with Dr. Costantino and this clinic.
