Edit: I originally gave 1 star, I am upgrading to 5 stars. Rich Martinelli called me a few hours after this scenario and took full accountability. I have since hired them to do my commercial job and I couldn’t be happier. Rich is a stand up guy and I would recommend to anyone.
Sent a residential plumber who didn’t want to come to a commercial property and showed his miserable side the whole time.
