We contacted Restoration Partners after experiencing a small leak that affected our ceiling drywall. Troy came out as soon as he could and inspected the issue. When having a leak (we had two previously and hired other service providers), many water restoration teams will immediately open up the ceiling and call your insurance agency to file a claim. This is not always necessary depending on the drywall structure and severity of the leak and if you file claims through insurance agencies more than once when damage isn’t very significant, it can lead to increased premiums and ultimately others won’t want to cover you, which has been our experience.
Troy and his guys were an absolute blessing to work with. They came twice in one week on short notice for me because I had a sudden move with some hiccups. They helped take apart furniture to navigate a small house and they even swept up after it was all done. The guys were quick, kind, skilled, approachable and polite.
