I've been going to Dr. Super for a few years now. I'm 52 yrs young and I threw my back out while working out yesterday. Doc was closed so I had to tough it out until 0900 this morning. I barely slept last night and was in 10 out of 10 pain trying to get out of bed.
I got to Doc Super's right at 0900 and he took me right in. My sacrum was out of whack. Let me tell you....it's almost 8pm and I feel about 75-80%!!!!! I thought my weekend was gonna be a wash but once again, Dr. Bob straightened me out. He also reminded me that I'm no spring chicken and to lift with my head, or my heart.
