The work this special space does for our community is nothing short of awe inspiring. I can easily say this place has been a lifesaver for me and so many I know. Our community is lucky to have a space like this!

I’ve been here for several reasons. I’ve taken yoga classes, used their therapy services and received reiki. I’ve also done a training. This place is a gift to the local and broader community. The owner is one of the most generous humans I’ve met.

I can hardly put into words how much I love this place. Yoga, full-moon circles, mediation, reiki, and so much more. The classes here have helped me in all aspects of myself, physically, mentally, and most of all, spiritually. It put me on a path of growth and healing. I'm so grateful I have this place to come to. ❤
