Woke up this morning to no ac, called Ed at 6am and he answered the phone. He arrived before noon and had us up and running in no time. Super thankful for the prompt service, especially now as we're in the middle of a heat wave.

We had contacted an A rated AC company from a national referral list because our air was out. The unit pipes had frozen and it was blowing warm air. That company stated we needed a new system at the cost of $6750. I called Mike at E Carr Heating & Cooling to get a second opinion. He came out within 11 hours of the call for a $59 service call. Reviewed our system and found that most of the statements of the original company were untrue and though old our system was still functional. He repaired the system and had cold air coming out of the ducts within an hour for a total cost of under $200. I can not say enough about the company honesty, knowledge, and great business ethics . If you have received a estimate and quote from an HVAC company its worth the $59 service fee to get a second opinion. If you are dealing with any other Heating and Cooling company in my opinion your are paying too much.
