They were extremely helpful. The counter people were handling multiple customers at one time but I never felt excluded. And I got what I needed....and They all had hair. So not sure about those 1 star ratings....maybe they are old.
I would recommend Warco for all your plumbing supply needs.
Hard to tell with these reviews exactly which are fabricated and which are true. If I could give no star or negative stars I would. Just as others have previously described, the bald guy is genuinely nasty and completely unhelpful. Do not bother going there unless you enjoy being disrespected. Instead go to Hackettstown Supply Company which is less than a mile away and where they treat you like they appreciate your business.
Worker was rude! Walked up from back and didn’t even come up to counter and asked what i needed from afar. He said go ask whoever you purchased the part from. Will never go there again or recommend to my network of people!! They should not be in business! No wonder there were no customers i. The place!!!
