So last week I finally turned the furnace on. Furnace was working, but I was not getting warm air. I had no issues last year when I bought my house. Furnace is about 5-6 years old. So last Thursday I made the call to TGM Services to schedule for someone to look at it. Not an emergency as I have spaces heaters. The serviceman came today. After troubleshooting for a bit, at turns out that there was a spider ?️?️ in the gas intake valve. Go figure! Thanks Jose at TGM Services for figuring this mystery out.

I was very happy with our service from TGM. Ted, our technician was knowledgeable, professional and performed great service. Very friendly. Everyone we spoke with in the office was very polite, professional and kept us up to date. They called when promised with an update on the schedule. Will use again if needed.

We've had TGM service our heating system a few times as well as a plumbing leak, and some work done on our venting for our dryer. They are a pleasure to work with. They are reliable, professional, honest and get the job done efficiently and properly. We will continue to use them for our HVAC and plumbing needs and recommend them to others as well.
