So last week I finally turned the furnace on. Furnace was working, but I was not getting warm air. I had no issues last year when I bought my house. Furnace is about 5-6 years old. So last Thursday I made the call to TGM Services to schedule for someone to look at it. Not an emergency as I have spaces heaters. The serviceman came today. After troubleshooting for a bit, at turns out that there was a spider 🕸️🕷️ in the gas intake valve. Go figure! Thanks Jose at TGM Services for figuring this mystery out.
We've had TGM work on and replace our air conditioning unit and furnace. Great work and very helpful. take the time to go over use of new units.
Today we came home to water in our laundry room/basement area and had to shut off our AC unit as a result of a condensation pump issues of sorts causing water to leak from the unit idk more of the details my husband was the one who spent time with the tech. Long short TGM was amazing. From my initial call to the on call after hour person to the tech arriving here less than 40 minutes later my issue is resolved for now. Part to be ordered. Nonetheless the prompt professionalism speed of service and the time the tech (Alex) took to explain everything in detail to us was beyond our expectations! We highly recommend this company.
