“The experience was amazing from start to finish. Cadie (who I later found out was the manager) went above and beyond to ensure my daughter & I were able to get a same day appointment. She was an absolute pleasure to talk to on the phone and in person. Justin, our piercer & (we just found out) owner, was patient with our questions, concerns & the important task of picking our jewelry. He also provided valuable feedback about our ear anatomy to make sure that we selected the best piercing for now, and provided insight to what future piercings would fit well with our ear structure. Both our piercings were virtually pain free and (again) Justin took the time to make sure it was in the perfect place, explain the process, and provide care details when he was finished. My daughter was very nervous to get her first ‘real’ piercing, but is excited to come back to get more. Thanks for a great experience!”
