Usually come here to fix any pain before the gym. Called last week and they said Amy is no longer there. She was great. Never used too much pressure and knew where to hit (neck right hip calves etc). Shame. Everyone else is good but Amy was great. I’ll miss her.

A few years back i tore a ligament in my right shoulder. Physical therapy, cortisone injections,and massage did not relieve the pain. I had limited mobility and it hurt when I would throw a baseball, snow ball, etc.
After 2 1/2 hours of driving my back and neck was tight and sore. I saw their business sign and decided to turn around to get a massage.passed their sign. I decided to get a massage for my back and neck. When I entered I was greeted by Mary, who was cheerful and welcoming.

First time ever getting a massage and this was an amazing experience! Very friendly staff- explained everything to me and walked me through what to do. I didn't even notice how much tension was in my back until it was gone. I did a 30 minute massage this time, but will definitely come back for the 60 minute experience!
