Service Associates II Inc

We hired Service Associates II to clean our duct work prior to installing central air conditioning. We are very, very satisfied! They were able to schedule our work very quickly. The crew arrived on time, they were extremely professional, courteous, and explained every step of the process. When their work was done they cleaned up brilliantly. We are truly impressed with the company’s business ethics and the employees’ dedication to going well above and beyond expectations. We rate our experience and Service Associates II a resounding 10 out of 10 (it would be 100 of 10 if that was logical (you get what we mean we’re sure).

We bought Service Associates out to see what they could do with a neglected carpet that had stains and even mystery solid-sticky goop hidden by children until it seemed to be a permanent fixture of the carpet. I am astounded at how much of a difference our technicians, Scott and Kevin, were able to make. They took a lot of care and put a lot of elbow grease into getting out way more than expected - including both big globs of mystery goop, which I didn't think it was even possible to remove. I have never had service like this from carpet cleaners and don't anticipate going to anyone but them in the future!
