“My massage with Jodi was beyond 5-stars! I had called about a week prior to see if I could schedule an appointment for an upper body massage, and she had an opening for the following week.Upon arrival, the store itself is very organized and clean, and they had great products and a ton of different high-end brand names from hair care (Oribe), to candles, to skincare (Patchology).. they had a little bit of everything.Before we went into the massage room, Jodi asked me about any concerns I had and wanted her to work on. During my massage, she definitely worked on my problem areas.All of the products she had used had a very light scent - nothing was overpowering or overwhelming which I really appreciate. The best part is I wasn’t left greasy afterwards. Although they aren’t a full spa, it was nice to not have to take a shower immediately afterwards because you feel oily. From what I could see in the massage room, all of the products were high-end as well (I.e. caudalie, etc).During the entire massage, Jodi kept a great pressure, [not too hard] but was soft at the same time. She was chatty in the beginning which was pleasant and comforting and then it was a relaxing silence. I felt amazing immediately after and the next day.IrisTree offers other massage and facial services as well, and their prices are unbeatable for what you get in comparison to some of the larger spa names in the surrounding area.I highly recommend Jodi and her massage services and will definitely be back to shop the store for my beauty products!“

“If you are questioning whether MFR work would be helpful for you or not, please read my review. I went to Sarah 2 years ago as I was deeply struggling post-partum. It was also at a time in my life in which many of the most important people in my life passed away. I just couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and neither could the doctors. It seemed as if every illness that came my way I could not fight. My immune system was decimated and I got very skinny.My first session was revolutionary as I figured out that the reason why my immune system wasn’t working was due to intense birth trauma as well as childhood trauma resulting in CPTSD. As I worked more and more with Sarah I realized a lot of my life long health issues were due to chronic stress and trauma that was locked up in my body. I am now 2 years post partum and about 25 pounds heavier and the healthiest I’ve ever been in all aspects of my being (including mentally emotionally socially and physically).I have continued to do self-treatment at home and have cultivated a stillness and a peace within my body that I have yet to feel in my life. I know I will continue to grow and change as I continue to unwind and unlearn patterns from the past, but I am so grateful for where I am at now. I have a contentment with where I am at in this journey and couldn’t be more grateful for Sarah’s help and guidance in getting me there.“

“Lily is amazing! I had my lash extensions done by another place and they looked like black strips across my eyelids that made my eyes look closed and heavy. I called Lily's Day Spa asking many questions. Lily took the time to get on the phone and answered all of my questions. I went later in the afternoon and she transformed by eyes. Lily is a true artist!! My lashes look AMAZING! She customized the lashes according to the shape of my eyes and now they look like lashes with mascara and not black strips across the eyes. My eyes look open and brighter.They look so classy. You would think I was born with these lashes. My only regret is that I didn't go to her in the first place. I'm so happy with my extensions. Will never go anyplace else.“
