This review is long overdue. I visited Excel in early summer due to symptoms from my lower back and hip bursitis. Top notch experience. Alina was great at working to schedule appointments around my changing schedule, following up, and providing a warm welcome every visit. Dave was always a step ahead of providing the appropriate gym equipment for the exercises I was completing and providing key technique tips. You can tell he cares. My therapist was Rolando. Rolando has a hands-on technique that truly made a difference. Every session, Rolando spent time stretching, massaging, and completing other therapy techniques on my back and hips. I initially chose Excel because it was right next door to work. It was an EXCELLENT choice! Rolando and entire staff from day one made me feel welcome and part of the family. I walked in feeling intimidated, I was in pain from knee surgery, was not someone who exercised, I expected the worst. Rolando made it easy to do the work I needed to do to get stronger. Thank you so much! I have another knee surgery soon and I will be back without question!
