In my decades of using various vacuum cleaners and said items needing repairs and bags, Dan, is wins by a vacuum bag (haha ? corny I know!) when comparing my old home town “Service Station and Sales Store.” In addition, he has worked on my mini-vacuums for stairs, etc. with great results!! Extending his services further, he fixed and cleaned up my 1987 Sewing Machine beautifully!!I didn’t read the other reviews and don’t care - only to the point that he should have more 5-Star ratings!! Dan is kind, cheerful, efficient, and great to chat with as you go over what brought you into his shop!! Go Dan!!!

Dan took an ancient central vac system and rebuilt the guts at a third of the price of a new system. Never worked better! I rarely post reviews (or rave about a vacuum) but it's nice to know there are knowledgeable and honest repair shops out there for not everything always needs to be replaced with new.

I had a problem getting my Dyson to work. Dan the owner was there. He was quite pleasant. I shared with him what was wrong. He took a look. Turns out I forgot to do something. Dan politely advised me what I did incorrectly and he did not charge me for his time. I am so pleased that we have such an upstanding businessperson right here in Hackettstown! I have no reservations about recommending him. As to Lisa J., it appears as though Dan was being honest with you as well.
