My first time at a groomers ever and it was awesome! Jess is amazing. Such a sweet, kind, caring and understanding person. Our dogs are our babies and I’ve never left them alone with anyone before. Scooter came out so calm and happy, not to mention he looked and smelled so handsome! The cute bandana melted our hearts. I was SUPER impressed with Jess and the whole process from booking, to drop off and pick up. I would recommend her to anyone, and we will be back with our other two dogs.
